Information for Funeral Directors

Spacious Ceremony Hall

The ceremony hall seats 150 guests and is flooded with light from a large picture window wall. A further 80 people can follow the service on screens in our indoor waiting area.

The coffin will rest in the centre of everyone’s view, set against a backdrop view of the rolling Hurlet Hills.

Booking & Arranging

We aim to make the process for booking and arranging services as seamless as possible.

Application forms are available as digital downloads from our Forms for Cremation page.

Completed forms should be emailed or delivered to us at least 2 working days before the service is due to take place.

Online Bookings

We offer Funeral Directors online access to our bookings diary to book services out of office hours. We supply a unique password for you to log on and make bookings.

Families can access an extensive music library and create visual tributes through our media partner Wesley.

We have the facility to webcast or record services. Screens are also situated in the waiting room. We have an induction loop for the hard of hearing.

Behind the scenes

We have a large, fully abated cremator and can accommodate coffins up to 47 stones in weight. Acceptable external coffin dimensions are 42 inches wide, 94 inches long and 25 inches deep.

Forms

Completed forms should be returned to the Crematorium at least 2 working days prior to the date of the service, together with the Form 14, and E1 if applicable. We also require a service details form to be completed with all the supplementary information we need to tailor the service to meet your client’s requirements.
