Memorial Gardens

Space to reflect

The memorial garden sits in over 4 acres of open landscape, surrounded by the rolling Hurlet Hills. Much of the land has been kept in its natural character with an abundance of wildlife that calls it home.

Our gardens provide space for quiet contemplation and reflection. Visitors are invited to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our gardens through the changing seasons – designed to give families comfort within our peaceful and safe surroundings.

The Memory Tree

At the apex of our beautiful, elliptical path we have a striking Corten Tree with bespoke Golden Leaves, onto which personal inscriptions can be placed. We call this special installation the Memory Tree – offering a lasting space in which to remember your loved one.

A lasting tribute

For many families choosing a lasting memorial tribute is an important way for them to remember. We have a wide range of bespoke memorials, some of which echo the relationship with nature, with others reflecting the wide, open and tranquil nature of The Hurlet’s truly unique setting.

All our memorials are designed and manufactured to the very highest standards to create a lasting tribute for you and your family to enjoy. We understand that this is one of the most significant purchases you will make, and we understand how important it is to make the right choice. Memorials should be personal to you and our dedicated staff are here to help and guide you through the options and help you create a lasting tribute that will mark and celebrate the life you shared.

Guardian Stone to Tempus Fugit

Our Guardian stone stands as a silent sentinel marking loved ones who have passed on leading onto a quiet area that has been created in our natural and communal space where ashes can be scattered. For many, knowing their loved one’s resting place is close by provides much-needed comfort as they sit quietly in contemplation within the gardens.
